Position: Substitute Caretaker for Schools
Become a Substitute Caretaker with Saskatchewan Rivers Public School Division, serving Birch Hills and Kinistino. Flexible hours are available to support school operations by maintaining cleanliness and performing basic maintenance tasks.

This position is ideal for individuals who have completed Grade 12 and possess a valid driver’s license. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently are key to succeeding in this role. As a Substitute Caretaker, you will play an essential part in creating a positive school environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out custodial cleaning duties across the facilities

• Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed

• Safely manage cleaning equipment and supplies

• Keep thorough records and documentation

• Build effective relationships with students and staff

Requirements:

• Must have Grade 12 education or equivalent

• Valid driver’s license required

• WHMIS and First Aid/CPR certifications preferred

• Knowledge of standard cleaning and maintenance practices

• Ability to manage physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
