Support property maintenance efforts at Avenue Living Residential in Alberta, Saskatchewan, or Manitoba. This part-time role involves snow removal, maintenance reporting, and tech-savvy duties.
Avenue Living Residential is hiring a temporary Property Maintenance Assistant for the winter months. Candidates will be responsible for snow and ice removal, along with reporting any maintenance issues to the Residential Portfolio Manager. Success in this position requires effective communication, organization, and independent work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete snow and ice removal logs via Site Foto’s app
• Report maintenance issues to the Residential Portfolio Manager
• Execute other assigned maintenance duties
Requirements:
• One year of general labor experience required
• Available on weekends and statutory holidays
• Technologically savvy for app usage
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle needed
• Clean criminal record and CSA-approved steel-toed boots required
