As a Permanent Full-Time Operations Supervisor, you will report directly to the General Manager, managing both production and staffing effectively. This hands-on role requires significant interaction with the peeler crew and mobile equipment operators, emphasizing health, safety, and compliance with corporate policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure safe operation of peeling and equipment
• Supervise peeler crew and manage schedules
• Plan production and meet daily targets
• Conduct weekly and monthly inventory counts
• Communicate production status to the General Manager
Requirements:
• Proven experience in operations supervision
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Excellent communication and scheduling skills
• Ability to ensure quality production standards
• Transportation to Prince Albert site is necessary
Drive operational excellence and maintain high safety standards as part of Doman’s team in Prince Albert.
