As a member of the General Medical Nursing Unit, the LPN will promote healing and health education for clients. A Practical Nursing diploma and registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of SK are required. The position emphasizes teamwork and strong leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote health and healing through direct patient contact

• Provide necessary patient education and resources

• Engage with health care professionals collaboratively

• Ensure accurate documentation and record maintenance

• Initiate health and wellness programs within the unit

Requirements:

• Must hold a Practical Nursing diploma

• Current LPN registration or eligibility required

• Competent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work both independently and in a group

• Valid driver's license if applicable
