Nursing Program Leader

Position: Saskatchewan Polytechnic Nursing Program Leader
Shape the future of Practical Nursing as the Program Head at Saskatchewan Polytechnic in Prince Albert. This role focuses on leadership, student support, and curriculum innovation within the nursing program.

The Program Head provides essential academic and operational leadership, ensuring students receive quality education. You will collaborate with faculty and external stakeholders to manage program resources effectively, support teaching staff, and maintain operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor program faculty and staff

• Develop and renew curriculum for the nursing program

• Engage in student academic advising and support

• Liaise with industry and education stakeholders

• Support recruitment and retention initiatives

Requirements:

• Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing or related discipline

• Registration eligibility with the College of Registered Nurses

• Two years of relevant clinical/teaching experience

• Current TLR certificate

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
