Position: Cencora Field Nurse - Infusion Specialist

The Field & Infusion Nurse will support Cencora’s patient services across Canada through Innomar Strategies. This role demands excellence in medication administration and patient monitoring. Ideal candidates will have experience in IV therapies and outreach coordination, contributing significantly to patient wellness in both clinical and homecare settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer injections and monitor IV infusions

• Educate patients on treatment protocols

• Document and report on patient progress

• Coordinate logistics with healthcare teams

• Maintain compliance with nursing standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years as a Registered Practical Nurse

• IV therapy experience preferred

• CPR certification and provincial registration

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Valid driver's license with insurance coverage
