As the Nursing Unit Manager of the Operating Room/Recovery Room, you will oversee nursing care and utilization of resources to uphold the facility's standards. This position demands strong leadership, effective communication, and proactive management in a fast-paced environment. You'll engage with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality nursing care in the Operating Room
• Manage unit's human and material resources efficiently
• Develop multidisciplinary patient care strategies
• Foster a culture of quality and safety in healthcare
• Lead and inspire nursing team with advanced leadership skills
Requirements:
• Five or more years in healthcare leadership
• Undergraduate degree or diploma in Nursing or related field
• Valid Class 5 driver's license required
• Licensed and in good standing with regulatory body
• Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities
