Position: Dynamic Nurse Practitioner Role in Community Health Settings
Location: Melfort

Elevate community health care as a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. Provide vital health services, wellness support, and engage in assessments in a full-time temporary position.

Working closely with physicians and other health professionals, you'll provide primary health care services tailored to community needs. This role includes health assessments, disease prevention, and emergency medical services, as well as active participation in community health evaluations. You'll be instrumental in promoting women's wellness and health protection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer comprehensive primary health care services

• Conduct thorough health assessments and promote wellness

• Implement disease prevention strategies and emergency responses

• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals

• Engage in community health assessments and projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) is a must

• Must possess a certification in advanced clinical nursing

• Hold BLS for Healthcare Provider (Level

C) certification

• Registered/eligible with CRNS as RN (NP)

• Proven leadership and communication prowess
