Position: Full-Time Equivalent Researcher at NITHA

This Researcher position supports the NITHA mission by coordinating health program research alongside project leaders and stakeholders. You will play a key role in evaluating project performance and ensuring research activities align with community needs. Collaborating with partners like the Saskatchewan Cancer Agency, you will apply your expertise in research methodologies and program evaluation effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate special health projects and research

• Support project planning with partners and stakeholders

• Research and analyze statistical data trends

• Evaluate performance measures for health initiatives

• Engage with First Nations organizations for collaboration

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or related field

• At least two years in research analysis

• Strong understanding of OCAP principles

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data

• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
