Bartender - Canadian Brewhouse - Prince Albert

Join our Prince Albert #Brew Crew - the place where Top Talent wants to be! We’re looking for a part-time Bartender who are passionate about creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Your Purpose

Our Bartenders are master mixologists, skillfully crafting an extensive selection of delicious cocktails. You excel in multitasking, prioritizing accuracy and quality when crafting drinks, all while providing memorable and engaging guest experiences.

What will you do?
  • Prepare a variety of beverages to specifications, serve and present in a visually appealing manner.
  • Make recommendations and provide pairing and upselling suggestions.
  • Become an expert in all menu items including regular items, specials, allergens, and dietary restrictions.
  • Monitor behavior of guests to recognize signs of intoxication and handle situations accordingly.
  • Maintain a secure cash handling process ensuring all transactions are processed accurately.
  • Keep the bar area clean and organized, including proper cleaning of glassware and bar equipment.
What do you need?
  • A passion for people and fun, and be 19+ years of age with a minimum of one year bartending experience.
  • A high level of professionalism and impeccable attention to detail.
  • The ability to engage with guests with an approachable attitude, while answering questions about the menu.
  • The ability to communicate effectively and be a team player in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to think on your feet and make decisions swiftly, especially in high pressure situations.
  • The ambition and drive to create the best experience for your team and guests.
  • The ability to obtain Serve It Right and Food Wise Certifications.
  • The ability to fulfil the physical job requirements.
