The ReStore Floor Associate is an integral part of the Habitat for Humanity Saskatchewan ReStore team, providing excellent customer service, supporting inventory and merchandising efforts, and contributing to a positive and efficient work environment. • Stock Handling: Assist with receiving, sorting, and stocking donations, ensuring items are priced and displayed appropriately.

• Daily Tasks: Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Safety Compliance: Follow safety guidelines and assist in maintaining a secure environment for staff, volunteers, and customers.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the ReStore Team Lead to support store operations and resolve issues as they arise.

• High school diploma or equivalent desired.
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or volunteer roles preferred but not required.
• Experience in operating cash registers and retail transaction platforms.
• Familiarity with inventory tracking and categorization systems.
• Knowledge of safety tools and procedures, including lifting equipment and compliance signage.
• Use of email and basic reporting software for operational coordination.

• Full-time position with regular shifts, including weekends and some evenings.
• Physical demands include standing for extended periods, lifting and carrying donations, and moving merchandise.
• May require occasional travel for donation pickups or special events.
