Beyond a competitive base salary of  $52,000  to  $65,000 , you will enjoy company benefits, bonuses, and additional compensation.
Responsibilities   Lead and coach the customer service team to consistently deliver exceptional omni‑channel experiences, including in‑store eCommerce sales and order fulfillment within defined service levels.
Enforce the operating model customer service standards and ensure compliance with visual compliance, store maintenance, pricing, and promotional set‑ups.
Deliver annual corporate shrink targets through team education, enforcement of LP audit standards, and rigid inventory control.
Oversee preparation for annual inventories and adhere to all corporate LP, Cash, Audit, and OH&S policies and procedures.
Create and monitor efficient store weekly scheduling for both sales and support functions.
Provide continuous feedback, coaching, and performance management to management and team members through shift starters, one‑on‑ones, and coaching programs.
Develop and lead recruiting and hiring strategy, maintain a complete team, and create succession plans through continuous training and development.
Act as a brand ambassador, promote brands and culture, and continually motivate team performance through recognition programs, store contests, and customer compliments.
Maintain discipline and follow progressive discipline where necessary, promoting a safe, inclusive, and empowering work environment.
Qualifications   3-5 years of retail experience with proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members through setting expectations, communication, and ongoing support.
Proven ability to build and manage daily and weekly plans for the department and store.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and training skills.
High energy, enthusiasm, and a drive to succeed.
Basic computer skills required.
