Located right in the heart of the Gateway Mall, we pride ourselves on providing an exceptional, warm, and memorable shopping experience. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team and share our love for beautiful jewelry.

Days:
Monday to Saturday (Sundays as needed).

Hours:

10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Thursdays until 7:00 PM)

We are seeking a self‑motivated, happy, and positive personality who genuinely loves working around people. Fine jewelry is an intimate purchase, and our ideal team member represents the following traits:

• Experience:
  
  0 to 2 years of experience in a customer‑focused role. Prior jewelry retail experience is a strong asset!
• Customer‑Centric:
  Warm, approachable, and eager to help customers feel valued without being overly pushy.
• Communication

  Strong interpersonal skills with proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
• Professionalism: A professional appearance and presentation, backed by a high standard of personal accountability.
• Drive & Motivation: A self‑motivated team player with a genuine drive to achieve sales goals and targets.
• Requirements: A clean criminal record check is mandatory due to handling high‑value merchandise.
• Flexibility:
  Willingness to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Greet customers with a warm smile and assist them in finding the perfect piece of jewelry.
• Educate customers on the quality, care, and value of 925 sterling silver.
• Maintain accurate knowledge of store inventory, pricing, and promotions.
• Handle sales transactions efficiently using our point‑of‑sale system.
• Help maintain a clean, secure, and visually stunning storefront and display environment.
