In this leadership role, you will drive team performance and ensure exceptional service at all customer touch points. As an Assistant Team Leader, you will manage daily operations and uphold Lake Country Co-op’s vision and safety standards. Your expertise in retail management, particularly convenience store operations, will be critical in achieving budgeted targets and maintaining inventory accuracy.
