Overview
As a Retail Operations Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and ensuring operational excellence. You will lead by example, providing engaging customer service that consistently exceeds expectations. Your focus on continuous improvement ensures high performance and adherence to merchandise and brand standards.

Responsibilities

Customer Engagement:
Model and coach the selling model, engage with customers, motivate associates, ensuring a seamless experience.

Operational Excellence:
Oversee inventory and merchandising standards, ensuring the sales floor is customer‑ready, manage visual merchandising, promotional set‑ups, signage, backroom tasks, and report on stock levels and sales trends.

Training & Development:
Support training, development, and coaching of associates, participate in performance conversations to foster a high‑performance culture.

Communication:
Facilitate clear communication, lead meetings, address issues promptly.

Health & Safety:
Support health and safety policies, conduct inspections, maintain a clean environment.

Administrative Duties:
Perform front office tasks including weekly cash office administration and reporting.

Qualifications

3+ years of prior customer service experience in retail.

1‑2 years of prior supervisory experience with accountability for sales and service targets.

Ability to operate in a fast‑paced environment with strong prioritization, organization, and multi‑tasking skills.

Strong visual merchandising skills and a keen eye for detail.
