Position: Lake Country Co-op Assistant Team Leader

In this impactful role, you will lead a high-performing team while ensuring operational effectiveness and compliance with Lake Country Co-op’s vision and safety practices. You will manage inventory, oversee merchandising, and encourage a customer-focused culture. With your retail experience, you will mentor team members to achieve their best.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a strong customer-centric and results-driven environment

• Lead the team in providing quality customer service

• Ensure merchandise is stocked and rotated per standards

• Maintain accurate inventory levels to minimize loss

• Complete daily reconciliations and report management

Requirements:

• 2 years management experience in retail convenience stores

• Knowledge of fuel pumps and convenience store operations

• Interest in in-store tackle selection and outdoor lifestyle

• Ability to stand and lift up to 25 lbs

• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
