- Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co‑operative’s vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members’ lives, with a strong customer focused approach.
- Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels.
- Load and unload merchandise and maintain cleanliness and order of merchandise in the yard.
- Fill orders, receive freight, deliver, and unload product, perform inventory counts.
- Build positive relationships with the yard, desk, and leadership teams.
- Perform customer carry‑out service and product assembly as assigned.
- Complete required paperwork based on department standards.
- Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

You are looking for a career in Home & Building Products and Customer Service and meet the following:
- Previous work experience in a home centre location or building materials industry.
- Well organized and capable of attaining a high level of production, with a minimum amount of supervision.
- Honest and trustworthy, results‑oriented, and strive to be the best in what you do.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, guest facing environment.
- Carry a valid Class 5 driver’s license, a 1A or 3A license would be considered assets.
- Able to fulfill physical job requirements including heavy lifting and carrying.
- Willing and able to obtain forklift certification.
- Flexible work schedule including weekends, and holidays.
