Store – Prince Albert, SK

• Maintain a high standard of overall look and feel of the store, including cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver our brand promises.
• Deliver friendly customer service, helping customers shop and find what they’re looking for.
• Collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures.
• Dust and damp mop floors following approved procedures.
• Move equipment and products for proper cleaning and place products back in correct placement.
• Clean assigned areas using assigned materials and equipment, including mixing water and detergents in containers to prepare cleaning solutions according to specifications.
• Deep clean key store areas including bathrooms, break rooms, entry ways, and other high‑traffic areas to maintain a clean, safe environment for customers and staff.
• Keep cleaning equipment neat and orderly; notify supervisor of supply needs in advance for replenishment.
• Seek out areas requiring cleaning and take initiative to complete tasks.
• Complete all tasks assigned by supervisor.
• Perform tasks in accordance with all federal, state, and county guidelines.
• Maintain positive and respectful interactions with both team members and customers, even in difficult situations, in keeping with the organization’s vision and values.
• Project a positive image and serve as a role model for other team members.

• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience and execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on benefits of Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Assist with omnichannel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements; execute Company policies and standards.

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.

• Ability to remain standing for long periods of time.
• Ability to move throughout the store.
• Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
• Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.

• Public retail store setting, including climate‑controlled public areas, some climate‑uncontrolled stock rooms, and occasional outdoor work retrieving shopping carts or unloading trucks.
• Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
• Use of standard commercial cleaners and chemicals from cleaning supplies.
