Position: Delivery Specialist with goeasy
Drive sales and customer satisfaction as a Delivery Specialist iver products to homes while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth retail operations.

In this role, you will be pivotal in enhancing customer experiences by delivering their products and addressing their concerns effectively. Supported by a full Class driver’s license, you will be responsible for both delivery and retail functions, helping maintain store merchandise and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the moving process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage customers in-store and remotely

• Deliver goods safely to customer residences

• Assist in store merchandising and maintenance

• Keep delivery truck and store area organized

• Coordinate and finalize delivery paperwork with customers

Requirements:

• Class driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Capability to lift 50+ pounds comfortably

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Some experience in retail or customer service settings

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy environment
