As a Full-Time Supervisor, you will report to the Team Leader and engage in various responsibilities that foster exceptional customer experiences. You will be pivotal in maintaining stock, processing sales, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Your expertise in the liquor industry will help you lead and mentor staff to enhance service quality across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train, mentor, and supervise team members

• Process sales using the point-of-sale (POS) system

• Order and price merchandise accurately

• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store

• Address customer inquiries with a solution-focused attitude

Requirements:

• Must be 19 years of age or older

• Experience in retail sales, preferably with liquor

• Strong knowledge of alcohol products

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in coolers
