We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Retail Supervisor to lead our store operations with enthusiasm and confidence. • Supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates through effective training, coaching, and performance management
• Manage inventory purchasing, merchandising displays, pricing strategies, and stock replenishment to maximize sales potential
• Oversee cash handling procedures, cashiering activities, and POS (Point of Sale) transactions with accuracy and integrity
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints professionally, and ensure outstanding customer service at all times
• Coordinate recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing candidates and onboarding new team members
• Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and assist in budgeting to meet store goals
• Receive deliveries on a timely manner
• Give results on SALES , through consistency in Upselling of the Team handled

• Proven supervising or team management experience within a retail environment
• Strong knowledge of retail sales techniques, merchandising standards, and POS systems
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes positively
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs
• Experience with payroll processing, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks is preferred
• Exceptional communication skills paired with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Demonstrated leadership qualities with a focus on training & development and fostering teamwork
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining phone etiquette and professional demeanor
• Knowledge of marketing strategies, pricing policies, and sales management practices
• Familiarity with budgeting processes, purchasing procedures, and store management operations
