Key Responsibilities:

• Support individuals with complex needs in a nurturing environment

• Create and lead engaging activity plans

• Collaborate on treatment plans with professionals

• Educate on life skills including self-care and social connections

• Ensure accurate documentation of participant progress

Requirements:

• High school diploma mandatory; CYC certification preferred

• One year experience working with at-risk populations

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

• Basic computer skills for daily tasks

• Must hold a valid class five driver's license
