In your leadership role as a Victim Services Coordinator, you will supervise and guide staff and volunteers within the Victim Services Unit. Your primary focus will be on delivering comprehensive services, including crisis support, information sharing, and advocacy for victims navigating the judicial system.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and train the Victim Services Unit team
• Facilitate crisis intervention and support for victims
• Provide necessary information and referrals to individuals
• Advocate for victims in court-related situations
• Ensure compassionate service and support delivery
Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience in victim or crisis services
• Strong leadership skills in managing teams
• Understanding of criminal justice processes
• Compassionate and sensitive communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with others
