In this role, you'll directly assist individuals facing various socio-economic challenges, including homelessness and addiction. Reporting to the Program Manager, you will implement crisis intervention techniques and collaborate with correctional facilities. Your professional writing and interpersonal skills will be essential for effective case documentation and support plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide crisis intervention for challenging cases

• Manage and support clients through their reintegration

• Partner with correctional staff for comprehensive service

• Model and promote positive behavior amongst clients

• Ensure thorough documentation of case notes

Requirements:

• Secondary education or a degree in a relevant field

• At least 1 year of experience in a related position

• Understanding of restorative justice practices

• Excellent time management and communication skills

• Valid Driver’s License and clear background check
