Position: Full-Time Youth Outreach Worker
Enhance the lives of youth at Harmony Home as a full-time Youth Outreach Worker in Prince Albert, SK. Provide guidance and support to young individuals in a transitional home setting.

As a Youth Outreach Worker, you will engage with youths aged 15-21 by assisting in their personal development and ensuring a supportive environment.

Your role involves maintaining the facility's safety and cleanliness while also providing support to residents and the public. A compassionate approach combined with excellent communication skills is essential for this impactful position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop case plans tailored for youth residents

• Transport youth to recreational activities and appointments

• Assist residents with job searches and employment connections

• Provide advocacy and referrals for youth support

• Ensure adherence to policies from the Ministry of Social Services

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education or related youth experience

• Knowledge of community support resources

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Must pass security clearance and background check
