The Youth Outreach Worker reports to the Youth Homes Supervisor and is responsible for individualized case management, mentorship, and advocacy for diverse youth populations. This role includes developing case plans, assisting with job searches, and supporting both recreational and cultural activities. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential for managing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide mentorship and life skills development to youth
• Transport clients to appointments and activities
• Develop personalized case plans for youth
• Advocate for client needs with community services
• Maintain a clean and secure program environment
Requirements:
• Relevant experience in human services field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with diverse and Indigenous populations
• Valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver's Licence
