The YWCA Prince Albert is seeking a dedicated part-time Youth Support Worker to foster the growth of young individuals. This position requires human services experience and involves supporting a diverse client base, including Indigenous populations. You'll help youth identify career goals and provide crucial life skills training while maintaining a safe and supportive living environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Encourage youth to set and achieve career goals
• Maintain a safe and clean home environment
• Plan educational and fun activities for residents
• Assist with job readiness skills and resume writing
• Provide advocacy and support to residents
Requirements:
• Experience in human services or relevant education
• Knowledge of community resources and supports
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 driver’s license
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Contribute to the success of youth while ensuring a safe, supportive atmosphere at YWCA Prince Albert.
