Supports youth through mentorship, programming, and connection to culturally grounded services. Youth Support Workers help young people navigate personal, family, and school‑based challenges, while promoting resilience, culture, and wellness.

• Facilitate youth programming, workshops, and groups.
• Provide 1:1 support, mentorship, and referrals.
• Strengthen school and family engagement.

• Grade 12 diploma (Regular, Adult 12, or GED).

• Youth work, mental health, or social services experience.
• Rapport‑building, safety awareness, and cultural humility.
