This exciting full-time position requires a passionate individual ready to work closely with children and youth. You will actively engage in all aspects of group living, focusing on emotional support and the development of essential life skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a safe and nurturing environment for participants

• Teach life skills including self-care and budgeting

• Collaborate with clinical staff to enhance treatment plans

• Participate actively in team meetings and share insights

• Maintain accurate documentation and reports

Requirements:

• Minimum of Grade 12 education

• 1-2 years of experience working with youth

• Strong ability to resolve conflicts with empathy

• Effective communication and teamwork skills

• Support new staff and volunteers as needed
