Case Management Worker at Peter Ballantyne Services

Make a difference at the Sandy Bay Receiving Home as a Case Management Worker with Peter Ballantyne Child & Family Services Inc. This full-time position focuses on planning, evaluating, and supporting families.

As a Case Management Worker, you will partner with the Family Wellness Supervisor to implement effective programs that foster family well-being.

Your role will involve teaching valuable lessons and establishing consistent routines for families in need of support. You will evaluate programs regularly, providing written and verbal feedback to ensure continual improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on therapeutic activities with the Family Wellness Supervisor

• Implement consistent routines in the facility

• Educate families on the importance of the program

• Actively engage in program activities with families

• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of services

Requirements:

• BSW or BSIW, or social work certificate with 3 years’ experience

• Commitment to working with First Nations families

• Knowledge of Woodland Cree culture and language

• Valid driver's license with vehicle access

• Successful completion of a Vulnerable Record Check
