As a facilitator, you'll draw on your knowledge of addiction and recovery to guide parents through complex emotional landscapes. Key Responsibilities:
• Educate parents on addiction and recovery methodologies
• Facilitate workshops that enhance parenting and life skills
• Support emotional well-being and healthy family dynamics
• Document positive outcomes and personal progress
• Create a supportive and engaging learning atmosphere
Requirements:
• University Diploma essential
• 1-2 years' experience in addiction, recovery, or counseling
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills
• Understanding of ethical boundaries and confidentiality
• Patient and culturally sensitive approach
