Family Services Case Management Worker Position

Join Peter Ballantyne Child & Family Services as a Case Management Worker at the Sandy Bay Receiving Home. This position focuses on family support through therapeutic program activities.

In this full-time role, you will consult with the Family Wellness Supervisor to create and implement impactful therapeutic activities. Your commitment to guiding families will establish an enriching environment while maintaining calculated routines and family interaction. Continuous program evaluation and feedback will drive improvements that benefit the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement therapeutic activities aligned with the program

• Maintain daily routines and family engagement standards

• Instruct families on the program's significance

• Participate in programs alongside families for effectiveness

• Keep detailed records and reports on activities

Requirements:

• BSW or BSIW or equivalent with three years’ experience

• Understanding of Woodland Cree culture and values

• Passion for working with high-risk and special needs children

• Access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license

• Completion of a Vulnerable Record Check
