PBCFSI is looking for three dedicated Casual Youth Care Workers for their Specialized Peer Home
2. This role involves offering child care, facilitating family visits, and providing education on parenting, child development, and life skills. You will develop prevention programs and deliver ongoing support to families in need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive child care services

• Ensure safe transportation for family visitations

• Educate families on parenting and community resources

• Create and implement prevention and educational services

• Deliver counseling and support to children and families

Requirements:

• Social Work Certificate or related qualification

• Experience in Child & Family Services or similar domains

• Strong commitment to child protection

• Access to a vehicle and valid driver’s license

• Prepared to work evenings and weekends if required
