Position: Part Time Casual Support Worker for Youth
Take on a casual role as a Support Worker at YWCA Prince Albert Inc. and help shape the futures of young residents. This position requires compassion, flexibility, and dedication to youth development.

As a Youth Support Worker, you will engage with teenagers, assisting them in setting career goals and developing job readiness skills. Your work includes preparing meals, maintaining a secure and clean environment, and planning activities that promote personal growth. Your guidance will be crucial in supporting youth as they navigate toward independence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide youth in career goal identification and readiness

• Maintain a clean and safe home environment

• Prepare meals for youth residents each day

• Log daily activities and major issues accurately

• Plan enjoyable and educational activities

Requirements:

• Completion of Grade 12; experience with youth is a plus

• First Aid and CPR-C certification or willingness to complete

• Valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver’s Licence

• Knowledge of Indigenous culture preferred

• Must pass a Criminal Record & Vulnerable Sector Check
