Community Support Worker at Homeward Bound

As part of the Homeward Bound Oakdale team, you will utilize your experience in supportive housing or human services to help clients face their challenges compassionately. In this position, you'll engage in case management, transportation assistance, and daily life skills development. Strong communication skills and a valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver's License are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide transportation for client appointments

• Aid clients with budgeting, hygiene, and daily activities

• Conduct inspections and ensure client safety

• Assist in grocery shopping and meal preparation

• Advocate for clients within the community as needed

Requirements:

• Experience in supportive housing or related fields

• Valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver's License a must

• Knowledge of Indigenous culture is highly regarded

• Must pass Criminal Record & Vulnerable Sector Check

• Excellent time management and communication skills
