Optro is looking for a passionate candidate with a solid background in machine learning, ready to apply techniques such as Few-Shot Learning and Prompt Engineering. This role involves working collaboratively with designers and product managers to enhance our Audit Board offerings. Your expertise will be vital in developing customer-centric solutions that improve functionality and user experience in our award-winning platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and ship product features end-to-end

• Collaborate effectively with designers and product managers

• Utilize classical ML and LLM-based approaches

• Write maintainable, testable, and scalable code

• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master's in Computer Science or related field

• 4+ years' experience in machine learning

• Excellent Python and JavaScript programming skills

• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
