Position: First Student Service Employee Position
Join First Student as a Service Employee and contribute to safe school and commercial transportation. Responsible for fueling, maintenance, and effective record-keeping to ensure bus reliability.

As a Service Employee, you will work closely with the Maintenance Department to manage the upkeep of all buses. This role involves maintaining records and light maintenance, alongside the oversight of bus fueling processes. Your work helps maintain safety standards for bus operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Open and manage bus parking for efficient dispatch

• Complete fuel receipt and maintenance reports diligently

• Notify supervisors for timely fuel deliveries

• Perform checks and refills of necessary fluids

• Engage in light maintenance tasks as directed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• Familiarity with bus maintenance practices

• Ability to acquire maintenance skills

• Subject to DOT drug screening

• Adherence to DOT regulations
