Shipper​/Receiver

The Wyant Group is currently accepting applications for a Shipper-Receiver at Lakeland Ford. This position plays a key role in keeping our parts and inventory operations running smoothly while supporting both internal teams and customers with professionalism and efficiency.

• Be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Have excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Maintain a strong commitment to workplace safety and attention to detail
• Be dependable, punctual, and capable of working in a fast-paced setting
• Previous shipping/receiving, warehouse, or dealership experience is considered an asset

• Examine incoming shipments and compare contents against manifests, invoices, and purchase orders to ensure accuracy
• Pack, seal, and label materials for outgoing shipments
• Prepare shipping documentation including bills of lading and shipping orders
• Provide shipping estimates and coordinate freight as required
• Complete daily shipping and receiving logs and maintain accurate records
• Order, organize, and maintain shipping and receiving supplies
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries
• Receive, sort, and put away inventory stock
• Tag, package, and process returns to suppliers
• Process outgoing mail and courier shipments
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
