In this pivotal role, you will manage the entirety of full-cycle accounting, from payroll to accounts receivable, while supporting the finance team under the guidance of the Controller. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring compliance, enhancing process efficiency, and mentoring junior staff members, which will foster a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle accounting, including job cost and payroll

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

• Guide and support junior accounting professionals

• Drive process improvements within the accounting team

• Collaborate with different departments for seamless financial operations

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related area

• Minimum of 5 years' accounting experience

• Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting functions

• High proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
