Join the Prince George Native Friendship Centre as a Full-Time Accounts Payable Clerk and help foster community growth. This role involves managing accounts payable and supporting financial processes.
As part of the dedicated team at PGNFC, you will report to the Director of Finance and handle a variety of accounting tasks. Ideal candidates will possess a certification in Accounting or Bookkeeping, with one to three years of experience in accounts payable. Your strong Excel skills and attention to detail will be crucial for successful performance in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute various accounts payable responsibilities
• Contribute to year-end audits efficiently
• Use Sage and Excel for financial management
• Prioritize tasks while meeting deadlines
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
• Certification in Accounting or Bookkeeping essential
• 1-3 years of accounts payable experience
• Competency in databases and accounting tools
• Meticulous attention to detail is critical
• Must pass a Clear Criminal Record Check
