Position: Senior Accountant with MNP's Indigenous Services
Make a meaningful impact as a Senior Accountant in MNP’s Indigenous External Financial Advisory Services team. Deliver tailored accounting solutions to enhance community financial literacy.

In this role, you will closely collaborate with Indigenous clients to assess and improve their accounting practices. As a trusted advisor, you will provide the necessary support for capacity-building initiatives and assist in navigating complex financial landscapes. Your contributions will be instrumental in fostering growth within Indigenous organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in assessing their accounting systems

• Develop plans for financial growth and capacity building

• Support external financing and implementation efforts

• Train clients on payroll and audit preparation

• Facilitate project updates for management

Requirements:

• Business Administration or Accounting degree

• CPA, CAFM, or equivalent

• At least 3 years of relevant experience

• Strong grasp of accounting principles

• Experience with Indigenous communities is an asset
