MNP Client Bookkeeping Specialist

Client bookkeeping and payroll administration define this full-time, on-site opportunity with MNP’s ease Cloud Accounting Services team in Prince George. Support diverse client needs.

As a Senior Accounting Technician, you will deliver accounting services for MNP clients while navigating evolving business and financial reporting requirements. Responsibilities span full cycle bookkeeping, government remittances, financial reporting, payroll, and client communication. You will help maintain accurate records and provide guidance to junior team members.

• Maintain client bookkeeping records and financial reporting
• Record sales, expenses, receivables, payables, payroll, and WCB transactions
• Prepare Records of Employment and government filings
• Monitor work in progress, budgets, and out of scope opportunities
• Liaise with clients and governments on administrative matters

• Three years of full cycle bookkeeping experience
• Experience with T4 and T5 preparation
• Basic accounting principles and processes knowledge
• QBO or Xero experience preferred
• Quick Books Desktop or Sage 50 experience beneficial
