In this role, you will ensure that both owned and leased properties remain safe and clean. Your responsibilities will involve direct coordination with contractors for repairs and handling various administrative tasks. This position allows you to leverage your skills in maintenance and management in a supportive non-profit environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Foster relationships with program staff and contractors
• Oversee timely completion of repairs
• Prepare and organize monthly maintenance reports
• Track maintenance work and requests
• Assist in developing budgets and schedules
Requirements:
• Grade 12 completion and two years of related experience
• Proven maintenance and repair skills
• Strong organizational abilities
• Flexibility to travel in your area
• Valid Class 5 driver's license
