As part of the Adult Custody team, the ADW Staffing Assistant plays a pivotal role in maintaining community safety through collaboration and care. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist leaders with scheduling and documentation tasks

• Perform data entry using Microsoft Office Suite

• Prepare reports and maintain accurate staffing records

• Coordinate staffing adjustments and ensure information security

• Support onboarding and performance management processes

Requirements:

• Grade 12 or equivalent certification

• Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications

• Keyboarding speed of at least 50 words per minute

• Experience with diverse teams in professional settings
