This role offers an opportunity to assist with HR, production scheduling, and inside sales functions.
As an Administrator at Nucor Rebar, you will play a vital role in supporting branch operations. This entry-level position demands excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You will assist with maintenance of records, sales bids, and coordination of schedules, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with answering phones and general office administration
• Report weekly payroll hours accurately
• Maintain HR records and confidentiality
• Coordinate production schedules with the Shop Manager
• Develop strong relationships with customers and vendors
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail is critical
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
