The ideal candidate possesses excellent keyboarding skills at 45 w.p.m. and a solid foundation in medical terminology, ensuring organized and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and book out-patient appointments promptly

• Provide receptionist support for effective patient interaction

• Perform data entry and manage patient files accurately

• Requisition supplies and maintain organized work spaces

• Communicate effectively with colleagues and patients

Requirements:

• Grade 12 education plus two years of relevant experience

• Proficiency in keyboarding at 45 w.p.m.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and organize tasks

• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
