IDL Projects Inc. is seeking a Project Administrator focused on Equipment and Fleet Operations. Bring your organizational talents to enhance project delivery and asset management.
As a vital member of the IDL team, you'll provide administrative support to Project Management and Equipment/Fleet operations. This role emphasizes project documentation, asset tracking, and ensuring seamless communication across departments. A minimum of 2 years' relevant experience is highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in project reporting and documentation management
• Maintain comprehensive equipment and asset tracking systems
• Support purchasing activities for project materials and fleet supplies
• Coordinate with various departments for effective tracking
• Monitor equipment maintenance and oversee vendor services
Requirements:
• At least 2 years in a construction or related administrative role
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and asset management software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with effective time management skills
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
