The Administrative Coordinator will report directly to the Director of Marketing and Future Student Experience. Key responsibilities involve assisting with financial oversight, coordinating projects, and managing office administration effectively. You will work to ensure exceptional service delivery within a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide scheduling and calendar management for departmental management
• Coordinate planning and implementation of departmental deliverables
• Collect and compile data for interdepartmental projects
• Support tracking of policies and communication with stakeholders
• Assist with financial processes including budgeting and invoicing
Requirements:
• Two-year diploma in Office or Business Administration
• Minimum of 4 years in senior administrative support
• Familiarity with Word, Excel, and project management tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
Support the administrative needs of the Marketing and Future Student Experience team at CNC.
