In this role, you will provide crucial support to the PMO Manager and contribute to various corporate services initiatives. You'll be tasked with document management, crafting newsletters, and updating digital project tracking boards. Your organized approach will ensure effective communication between PMO staff and project teams, enhancing project workflows and data management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage project tracking boards on
• Prepare meeting agendas and document onboarding processes
• Support logistics for conferences and travel arrangements
• Maintain compliance with internal and regulatory standards
• Assist in administrative tasks across Ecofor departments
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years in project administration roles
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and project tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing needs
• Experience working with Indigenous partners preferred
