Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will provide crucial administrative services across the department. This role involves managing schedules, financial tasks, and project coordination, ensuring compliance with internal policies and enhancing office operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage calendars and prepare meetings for departmental management
• Coordinate the execution of departmental events and activities
• Compile documentation for major interdepartmental projects
• Ensure comprehensive financial oversight and budget reporting
• Facilitate hiring processes and staff training sessions
Requirements:
• Recognized two-year administrative diploma or similar
• At least 4 years of relevant administrative support experience
• Expertise in office technology and processes
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
